I prepare and design the student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire by myself and carry out the questionnaire survey to the actual condition of the music appreciation teaching in Fushun Xinfu District Middle School from four aspects , i.e. teacher , teaching objective , teaching content and teaching method .

本人自编设计学生调查问卷、教师调查问卷，从教师、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法四个维度对抚顺市新抚区初中音乐鉴赏教学实际状况进行调查。
